Description de la mission

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Controller to join our international team. This role will be crucial in managing financial control across multiple countries while also providing 1st line support for SAP users. The ideal candidate will be able to combine strong financial expertise with technical proficiency in SAP, ensuring efficient operations and supporting the business in achieving its financial objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Control & Analysis:
o Oversee and manage financial reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with international accounting standards.
o Animate the follow-up of the Trade Working Capital Reporting.
o Conduct financial analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, to support decision-making.
o Provide regular financial reports to senior management and relevant stakeholders, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial trends.

2. SAP 1st Line Support:
o Serve as the first point of contact for users experiencing issues with SAP Financial modules.
o Troubleshoot and resolve user queries related to SAP functionalities, ensuring minimal disruption to day-to-day operations.
o Liaise with the SAP support team to escalate more complex technical issues, ensuring timely resolutions.

3. Budgeting & Forecasting:
o Collaborate with regional and local teams to prepare annual budgets and long-term financial forecasts.
o Monitor and track financial performance against budgets and forecasts, advising management on necessary adjustments.

4. Process Improvement & Optimization:
o Continuously evaluate and improve financial processes, leveraging SAP and other tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
o Identify opportunities for automation and streamline financial workflows to support the growth of the business.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
o Work closely with various departments (e.g., Operations, Sales, IT) to provide financial insights and assist with data-driven decision-making.
o Provide training and guidance on SAP best practices to ensure all users are proficient in the system.

6. Compliance & Internal Controls:
o Ensure financial processes and transactions comply with internal controls, local laws, and international regulations.
o Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and support.

7. Reporting & Presentation:
o Prepare periodic financial reports, variance analysis, and ad-hoc reports for internal and external stakeholders.
o Present financial insights to senior management to drive strategic business decisions.

Profil

We need someone who have :
• A Bachelor's degree in Controlling, Finance, or a related field.
• 2/3 years of experience in Controlling.
• Experience working in an international or multinational organization.
• Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Exact).
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, xlookup, etc.) and ability to analyse complex data.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and international stakeholders.
• Fluency in English is required, other language skills such as French, Dutch, German or Spanish are desirable.
